2004 Bailey Ranger 550/6 6 Berth Fixed Bunk Beds Single Axle Touring Caravan.
To the rear of this caravan are a set of fixed bunk beds. These come with a long length curtain to give privacy to sleeping occupants. Each bed has an independent reading light. There is a shelving unit built into the end of the bottom bunk, allowing your children to store their things at a lower height.
Adjacent to the bunk beds is the washroom. This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with manual flush, sink with vanity unit and a mirror over. The sink tap doubles as the shower, via a wall attachment, you also benefit from a midi roof light to help with ventilation, and to let extra light in. A shower curtain can be used to protect the toilet and the door whilst the shower is being used.
Opposite the washroom is a single dinette. This can either be converted into a single bed, or has the added benefit of having an up and over bunk meaning you can have another set of bunk beds. There are overhead lockers for storage, and curtains that can be drawn on an evening to give privacy to sleeping occupants. You also have a midi roof light to let extra light in.
Adjacent to the washroom you will find the kitchen arrangement. This is made up of a Spinflo domestic style oven and grill, four burner gas hob with flush fitting glass lid, Dometic fridge with full width ice compartment, and a recessed sink and drainer, again with flush fitting glass lid. You have a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for storage, and a panoramic tilt and slide sunroof allows lots of natural light in, whilst also helping with ventilation.
Opposite the main kitchen arrangement is the fridge. The fridge housing makes a dedicated TV Station, as above it you have a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point.
Adjacent to the main kitchen arrangement is a good size wardrobe with single hanging rail.
To the front of this caravan are two long daybeds. These can be made up into a really good size double bed. You have overhead lockers for storage.
Overall, this is a lovely bright family caravan. It’s in fab condition inside and out. It’s a great layout, it feels spacious, and is light and airy. It would be perfect for both hitching up on a weekend and touring around the UK, or would be equally as good seasonally pitched in your favourite part of the country.
